I recently stayed at this resort for our wedding and family vacation, and while there were some amazing aspects, there were also quite a few things that really let it down for us. The beach is absolutely stunning, and the butler service was fantastic. However, the dining experience was inconsistent, and we had frustrating interactions with some staff members regarding service. Overall, it was a mix of good and not-so-good, making me hesitant to recommend it without some caveats.

We had a presidential suite, which was spacious and comfortable, but my kids were crammed into a small swim-up room. For families of four, those rooms are quite tight.

Our stay at the resort was an excellent experience, with spacious and well-maintained rooms and an attentive staff that truly made us feel welcome. The beach was simply stunning, and the pools were always clean and enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor issues with the dining options, as some restaurants didn't quite meet expectations, and the bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. Overall, though, it was a fantastic family getaway with great value for money.
